Description of the Product

PZK BRNO realizes customized manufacturing of rotors with permanent magnets on the surface as well as with small and medium-size magnets buried (up to 50 kg). We focus on special applications having a high demand for the design quality. In our own  testing laboratory, we test  magnetic properties of individual magnets as well as products with them and also strength of bonded joints. We check dimensions on our own  coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and perform  balancing on our own balancing machine. Using the  finite element method (FEM), we are able to design or optimize the most suitable solution.

Magnet assembly to be clipped into aluminium profiles

Our new product: Mounting rail magnets offer an easy fixing for doors, covers, metal housings, tools and accessories ( for example at assembly workstations). Due to an easy mounting and the possibility of a fast dismantling these magnets are also useful with fair constructions. PRODUCT INFORMATION: The magnet assembly can be clipped into the groove. It is freely movable or can be fixed by a threaded pin. The magnetic core is protected by a plastic cover and has a large magnet area in the groove. The magnetic system is lying nearly plan and has a closed, smooth adhesive surface which avoids scratches on the surface and the concentration of metal shavings.

Hard ferrite (HF) Hard ferrite Magnets (80% iron oxide) are made out by a sintering process. Like all ceramic materials, these magnets are very hard, brittle and virtually non-machinable. The magnetic adhesive force drops when the magnet is heated.AlNiCo (AN) Aluminium nickel cobalt AlNiCo magnets (mainly made out of aluminium, nickel, cobalt and iron) are the result of a sintering process or a casting process. These magnets are very hard and their material is very tough, but they can undergo also some machining processes. These magnets are generally used for applications in which the magnetic field must remain as static and stable as possible, even at high temperatures.SmCo (SC) Samarium cobalt SmCo magnets (mainly made out of samarium and cobalt) are the result of a sintering process. These magnets are very hard, brittle and virtually non-machinable. The magnetic adhesive force drops when the magnet is heated.NdFeB (ND) Neodymium iron boron NdFeB magnets (mainly made out of neodymium, iron and boron) are the result of a sintering process. These magnets are very hard, brittle and virtually non-machinable. The magnets made out of this material convey their maximum long-lasting magnetic power. The magnetic adhesive force drops when the magnet is heated.
