From petrochemical plant components to industrial machinery parts, large marine engine components, and thermal power plant parts,  INNO STEEL Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing products with the utmost effort to meet customer requirements using the latest facilities. We manufacture  large marine engine components, petrochemical plant components, industrial machinery parts, and high-pressure forged valves used in thermal power generation.
Since 2001, we have been producing and supplying four types of marine engine parts to  Doosan Engine (now Hanwha Engine):
PISTON CROWN, PISTON ROD, CYLINDER COVER, and CROSSHEAD PIN.
We also export directly to overseas companies, including  Hitachi,  Mitsui in Japan, and  MEP in Thailand.
Among our products, the most competitive items are  PISTON CROWN and  CYLINDER COVER, and we are capable of manufacturing all  MAN type (now Everllence) models ranging from  S50MC to G95ME.
▶  Large 2-stroke marine engine components:
PISTON CROWN / PISTON HEAD / CYLINDER COVER / PISTON ROD

1. We supply parts for shipbuilding equipment and low-speed engines
   (2-stroke / 50–95 bore / capable of producing G, S, and L types / certified for MAN engine parts), and we also forge and supply stern parts and industrial components.
2. Our engine products are designed to withstand the extreme heat generated during combustion and offer excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, even under continuous exposure to friction caused by high-speed reciprocating motion against the cylinder wall.
3. Our main product lines play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and performance of engines.
4. We are currently supplying engine parts continuously to major companies.

▶  Large VALVE BODY
(Industrial machinery parts, valves for thermal power plants, 2-way to 4-way valves)

1. Main materials: SA182 F92, SA182 F91, SA105, A182 F11, A182 F22, etc.

▶ We also manufacture various industrial products such as  INTERMEDIATE SHAFT and  SHAFT.
▶ We are capable of manufacturing  forged products designed for  high-temperature and  high-pressure applications.
