Presentation - SCAIME
SCAIME employs 90 people and has a turnover of over 14 million euros.
Our production site has a number of specific facilities including clean rooms, climate chambers, laser welding robots and connected calibration facilities.
We also have a network of specialised partners and distributors in over 70 countries. This presence is reinforced by the establishment of sales offices in Germany, Italy and China (Shanghai).

- Weighing and Automation: We offer weighing components and solutions for scale manufacturing and process control (Load cells, tank and silo weighing assembly kits, weighing indicators and controllers)
- Test & Measurement: Our strain, force, torque and displacement measurement solutions meet the requirements of test and inspection applications in the manufacturing industry (Force, torque and displacement transducers, strain gauges, measurement electronics)
- Fibre optic measurement: Our fibre optic measurement systems enable the implementation of solutions for monitoring the integrity of structures in the most critical environments (optical acquisition systems, Bragg grating sensors, strain, temperature, displacement or acceleration sensors).
- Packaging machines: SCAIME responds to the changing needs of packaging machine manufacturers by offering weighing solutions designed to increase machine productivity.
- Scale manufacturing: We have been working for over twenty years with the most important scale manufacturers, providing them with the best components for the construction of their products.
- Aerospace: SCAIME has been designing force, torque and strain measurement solutions for aerospace applications for over 30 years.
- Medical: SCAIME develops weighing and force measurement sensors for the control of many equipment used in the medical sector.
- Marine and Offshore: Ship hull monitoring systems help crews to select the right course, combining the best compromise between speed and the risk of premature damage to the ship.
- Civil Engineering: SCAIME designs fibre optic measurement solutions that offer precision, robustness and reliability for monitoring the integrity of civil engineering structures.
- Wind Energy: SCAIME has developed fibre optic measurement systems to help wind farm operators optimise the performance and maintenance of their wind farms.
